If the computer built from Custom Made Computers is damaged, we can repair them within 6 months for no charge.

Computer exterior cases that are damaged from shipping cannot be replaced for free.

If the computer is sent back and the internal components are found damaged after the 6 month period, they can be repaired but not for free. New components may need to be purchased.

If hard drives are damaged, they can be replaced, but data is not always recovered.

Shipping fees that are used to send purchases back to Custom Made Computers cannot be reimbursed. However shipping charges used to send product back to the customer are free of charge.
